Happy Monday Morning y`all!

Another week in the books.. keeping fairly close to my weekly goals with the switch to "Time On Feet" training.

That being said, not every run is gonna be epic. Though this picture is pretty cool, my run yesterday when I took it felt "meh" at best.

Hi y`all!

Been a few weeks since last #MondayMotivation.... as the past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind.

I flew west to visit my parents—celebrating my dad’s 94th was a gift, but seeing my mom transition to assisted living was tough. A mix of emotions, to say the least.

Meanwhile, Sedona Canyon 125 is only 65 days away, and TBH… I’m scared. Of the distance, the unknown, all of it. But maybe those butterflies mean something good this time? Hard to say.

Eleanor Roosevelt said, “You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” That one hits today.

📍 Taken somewhere between CA & NC last week—lots to think about at 30,000 feet.
