Earlier this week, a friend told me they were happy to see me leaning into my strengths regarding a few “side hustles” that I’m working … more specifically, in this case, building community.
They even shared that their son had also asked, “How does he do that?” Their reply: “Not sure… I’m not an extrovert!”
It made me smile — because the truth is, there’s no single way to show up for others.
Extrovert or introvert, loud or quiet, public or private — we all build community differently.
Sometimes it’s through conversation, other times through creating, showing up, sharing, or simply cheering someone on.
So here’s your reminder: Lean into what drives you. There’s no right or wrong way to connect — just your way. 💙
