As last week was the dreaded recovery week,  I did just that recovered.  I did a bunch of stretching, foam rolling, went for a 1 mile solo walk without the dog as I didn’t want him to pull me!   I also got a deep tissue massage which “hurt so good” 🙂

Overall, felt fine by mid week for the most part, blisters dried out on their own and though I thought about running, but stayed strong and waited a full week. I’ll be taking this week
