Slow start to the week, but even with the travel to the West Coast, I’m happy to have logged 20 miles. The trail runs in SoCal were definitely the highlight!

Starting in March, I’ll be shifting my focus from tracking miles to prioritizing time on feet—which should naturally lead to more miles. The goal is 8–10 hours per week, gradually increasing over the next month or two. The total mileage will depend on pace, but this approach is what I need as I gear up for Sedona.
