Wrapping up another week of training, and though I tell it to others often, I did it myself this past week…that is listening to your body when you are feeling fatigue and/or pain. What was my issues? Shoes with a little over 330 miles on them! My right shin was on fire during one of the runs, So, I took an extra rest day instead of risking injury. Figure it was better to not get injured and way better than hobbling around like a penguin!
Strava Stats – Jul 14, 2024 – July 21, 2024

Overall Recap:
Not a great week. Not a terrible week. A bit fatigued. I did get in the weight workouts so that’s a strong positive! Actually still sore from bench press and legs were a bit heavy on the Sunday morning run from squats/lunges on Saturday! Oh, and I'm almost done with the BC100K race video. Should be done by Tuesday latest. 🙂
