Last week, I shifted my training focus to “time on feet” rather than just tracking miles, knowing the miles would take care of themselves. The goal was 8–10 hours, and I came pretty close—happy with these numbers!

Heading into this next week, I’m sticking with the same goal but adjusting things a bit. Thinking of adding some longer solo runs to help with recovery instead of stacking too many back-to-back days.

Also, making a few small but important changes: More Bodyweight work, continue with hydration and get solid recovery i.e. – prioritizing sleep

Sedona Canyon is 58 days away—time to dial it in!
