Had a solid week getting in the miles I had planned.  Did a few body weight workouts as well, but sadly nothing with actual weights. I did wrap up the weekend knocking out a 5 miler with the TUFF run club — and though the pace was WAY faster then I would have done on my own, I felt pretty good about it.  Adding the Strava screen shot to share!

Overall Recap

2 weeks out before my 50 miler!  Am I ready?  I certainly hope so. TBH..I’m just happy that I’m feeling pretty good overall physically vs 6 weeks ago!   Working on getting nutrition dialed in this week. Tapering starts next week!
