In reviewing my notes and Strava stats for the week, things are looking pretty good.  Though I only ran 4 days last week, the distance was up 29% vs the week prior, which is what I had planned for the most part!  Sadly, I slacked with the weights but did get in a bunch of stretching, so that’s good. Right?

As the race is coming up next weekend, my mileage will be low this week. Just keeping loose, hydrated and rested as best I can.  Getting nutrition plan setup for race day.
