After 24 days later the weekly update is back! Whoohoo!  Though I only got in 1 run, I will say that I’m happy to report it went rather well.  The tide has turned!

Overall Recap

Obviously more walking than running last week, but it behooves me to take things slow. I’m working on core strength, stretching, sitting properly (as best I can) at my desk!  Also limiting taking any OTC meds as long term they just aren’t good for you.

Still going to the chiropractor 2x a week, and plan on checking with an acupuncturist regarding the left quad numbness.

Also leaning towards competing in the 50miler on my calendar next month! Didn’t think that was going to happen, but ya… if all goes well this well, then I’ll be there.
