Normally after a big event/race people take a few days off to rest. Toss in a “recovery run” and some stretching, but nothing too hard.  That being said, I suppose I did the same, but not sure why initially as the BRR wasn’t all that taxing to me.  Anyhoo.. looking at my calendar, I had 3 days of no running which I guess was okay!  Tossed in a quick run before our flight on Wednesday morning, and then had another 2 days “off”.  Finally got back out on Saturday, but might be off a few days as I’ll be traveling home and it’s hard to run on the plane or in airports!
