Last week wasn’t too bad overall. Happy that I knocked out 4 runs, but sad that two were on road vs more trail time.

Moving forward – from now until race day I will be working towards more time on feet methodology vs just pure miles. That being said, the miles will come, as they do. I’ll be starting with 8-10 hrs this week and see how it feels before I increase to drastically.

I’m also looking to get a bunch more content out during the week, few reviews and some video updates that will be shared across all three channels (here, YT and IG).
