This is a post I never wanted to make but here it is. Some of you may already know about the situation but many do not. I’m sharing with my son Parker’s permission.
Last Wednesday he was in a motorcycle accident. He did survive but has lost his left leg just above the knee.
We are still in the hospital with him as he is slowly starting the recovery process.
His brother @carsonmsilver has setup a GoFundMe for him as many people have expressed an interest in helping. That info can be found here:

Additionally, there is a website being created where I will post updates as best I can, versus trying to reply to the multiple messages I’ve been getting. I will share that link shortly.
Parker is loved by so many people and we truly appreciate everyone’s support as overwhelming as it is.
Finally whipping up my own “Personalized Strava Map” from my outing with @palmetto.ultras at Swamp Fox Ultra last month.

Hope everyone had a great week/weekend!
I didn`t get as many miles in as I wanted as I was a little under weather on Thursday, but all good now.
Had a blast of a solo run yesterday on a new trail/area that was mentioned by a buddy at @tuff_run_club last month. Knocked out a few miles then did a nice cool down walk with a few peeps too.
